Letters + Words is your word-finding companion for daily puzzle games and word challenges — built around the games you actually play.
Create a game for each puzzle in your rotation. The app remembers your progress, saves your guesses, and resets automatically for daily games. Pick a preset for popular games or configure your own.
Helpers tailored to each game type:
- Wordle / Fixed Length — Enter guesses and see only the words that still fit. Lock any suggestion as your next guess; confirmed positions are marked green automatically.
- Clusters / Quartiles — Combine letter clusters into words. Lock found words to narrow the remaining pieces as you progress through the puzzle.
- Spelling Bee — Find words using the required center letter plus your surrounding set.
- Letter Boxed — Find words constrained to the letters on each side of the box.
- Tiles — Find words from any set of letters for tile and anagram games.
- Capitals — Results are color-coded green to white showing how well each word matches your entered letter sequence.
- With a Vowel / Prefix — Focused finders for vowel-required and prefix-based games.
Works with Visual Intelligence — photograph a cluster puzzle and jump straight to the solver.

Letters + Words is now built around your games. Create a named game for each puzzle in your rotation — Wordle, Spelling Bee, Quartiles, Letter Boxed, and more. Each game remembers your progress and resets automatically for daily puzzles.
What's new:
- Lock guesses in Wordle-style games — tap the lock icon on any suggestion to commit it as your next guess. Positions already confirmed green in previous guesses are marked automatically.
- Capitals color-coding — results are highlighted green to white based on how well each word matches your entered letter sequence, so the best options stand out at a glance.
- Visual Intelligence — opening the app from a Visual Intelligence cluster result now navigates directly into the Clusters solver with the pieces loaded.
- Game presets — quick setup for Wordle, Six Appeal, Spelling Bee, Letter Boxed, Quartiles, Wordfluence, Lexicogs, Scrabble, Words With Friends, Wordscapes, and more.
